An exceptional personable Manager with experience gained in a quality restaurant setting. You will be an experienced professional with a passion for fresh food and excellent service. You will need to have flair and confidence to create a return-to dining experience plus the practical skills and working knowledge of assisting in the running of a busy all–day restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the standards in all areas of food service and engaging new employees with our unique, inclusive culture to drive team performance and revenue.

We will look to the Deputy Restaurant Manager for the delivery of consistent personalised guest service by creating Standard of Procedures for your areas and be ready to assist in the recruitment and training of a large team.

Parker’s Tavern is a high-volume stand-alone destination restaurant and bar, so you will need to be strong to manage the day-to-day business on the floors and enjoy working under pressure.
