Our Rooms
University Arms Cambridge, re-created in 2018 by architect John Simpson and interior designer Martin Brudnizki, offers 189 rooms and suites across four floors, with views over Parker’s Piece, historic Regent Street, and the hotel’s inner courtyard. Plus, they're Dog-Friendly - so feel free to bring your furry friend.
Suites
Our premium rooms are all located on the hotel’s top floor, offering large sitting areas, replete with unmatched views of Parker’s Piece. Each suite is named for a Cambridge icon, with bookshelves individually curated around their subject by Mayfair’s Heywood Hill.
Easter Afternoon Tea
Our Easter Afternoon Tea offers a selection of savouries & sweets created by our pastry team. Savor traditional finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones with raspberry jam & clotted cream, accompanied by Chocolate Delice with peanut butter & strawberry jam, Hot Cross Bun Financier, Orange & Honey Cheesecake and Carrot & Mascarpone Cake. Ceramic Easter Egg Workshop
Join us for a luxurious Easter workshop where you’ll create a set of 3 beautifully hand-painted ceramic eggs whilst enjoying a cream tea & Prosecco. Led by Charlotte Allen, founder of Sleepy Bee Studio. Charlotte launched her luxury stationery brand in 2019, blending both fine art & calligraphy into her designs. She also teaches a collection of seasonally inspired workshops throughout the year with the aim of providing a relaxing & welcoming space for creativity. Sunday 13th April, 10am-1pm. £80 per person.
Parker's Tavern Good Friday Specials
To accompany our traditional Fish and Chips, this Good Friday our chefs will be serving fish specials such as Royal Fish Pie, Smoked Haddock Kedgeree with lime & poached hen’s egg, Colchester Oysters, dressed Cromer crab and Battered Smoked Rutland Sausage & curry sauce. Available on Friday 18th April only.
Parker's Tavern Easter Sunday Lunch
This Easter Sunday, enjoy a traditional Sunday feast at Parker's Tavern. We'll be serving roasted asparagus with a poached hen's egg and hollandaise, roasted leg of Lamb stuffed with wild garlic and date, potato gratin & roasted carrots, finished with a hot cross bun pudding, marmalade & clotted cream ice cream. Specials served alongside our Sunday A La Carte menu.
