Can I fit a cot in a Classic Room?

Yes you can. However if you’re travelling with a little one, please let our team know when booking and we can advise on the most suitable room and cot arrangements for your stay. If you need a little more room for the family, we may recommend one of our larger room categories.

Can I have twin beds in a Classic Room?

Yes. Our Classic Rooms are available with either a king-size bed or twin beds, making them a flexible choice whether you’re visiting Cambridge as a couple, with a friend or travelling for business. Simply let us know your preference when booking.

Do Classic Rooms have a bath or a shower?

Classic Room bathrooms feature either a rain shower or a sumptuous bathtub, alongside underfloor heating, steam-free mirrors and D R Harris grooming products. If you have a preference for a bath or shower, please let our team know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I book a Classic Room with a view of Parker’s Piece?

Yes. Selected Classic Rooms can be upgraded to enjoy an expansive view across Parker’s Piece, one of Cambridge’s best-known green spaces. If waking up to a rather lovely Cambridge view sounds appealing, choose a park-view option when booking.

Are Classic Rooms dog-friendly?

Yes. Dogs are welcome in our dedicated dog-friendly Classic Rooms, so your four-legged companion can come along for the Cambridge adventure too. A charge of £35 per dog, per night applies, with a maximum of two dogs per room and a weight limit of 25kg per dog.
