A Weekend of Wellbeing
Those searching for a peaceful weekend away this spring can find respite at University Arms, Cambridge with our ‘Peace within the Pages’ experience. We invite guests to switch-off, unwind and embrace the pleasures of a screen-free weekend of wellbeing at the city's most historic hotel. In place of screens the hotel team has prescribed an immersive programme of reading, outdoor activity, and relaxation in the hotel's Wellness Rooms. Please contact the hotel directly for our Guest Relations Manager to create your bespoke itinerary for you.
Arrange a meeting with our very own Book Butler, a dedicated service which encourages guests to explore the hotel's extensive library. Curated by London bookshop Heywood Hill, it features hundreds of books with titles that range from original classics through to modern philosophy as well as romantic escapism. The Book Butler will meet to discuss literary interests, preferred authors, and themes, after which a handpicked selection of recommendations will be delivered directly to the guest's room or suite.
To continue the screen-free break, our Guest Relations manager can organise a wealth of activities available across the city.
