The reputable eatery claims that with each dish served at Parker’s Tavern, you can taste England on every plate. They say: “Our chef sources not simply by season, but by what’s fresh each day.

“He doesn’t just rely on local markets, but on produce from farmers he knows by name. Cambridgeshire field and fen supply the ingredients, conjured into whimsical dishes delivered with serious technique.”

As well as the food being delicious the views aren’t to shabby either. The restaurant is located within the new University Arms Hotel, which has undergone a £80 million refurbishment.

The hotel has been recognised around the globe for its impressive architecture and stunning views of Parker’s Piece.

And not only that, The University Arms hotel, on Regent Street was named on the Time Magazine list of 100 global destinations which are recommended for a visit. According to the Good Food lists it seems the restaurant is another bucket list must visit too.
